Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weโll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

1. No Return Policy (Sirf Exchange available hai)
Humari company ki policy ke anusar, hum kisi bhi product ka Return (Wapsi) swikar nahi karte hain. Ek baar product deliver hone ke baad use wapas karke paise lene ka prabandh nahi hai. Hum sirf Exchange (Badlav) ki suvidha pradan karte hain agar product mein koi genuine kharabee ya damage ho.
2. Exchange ki Shartein (Conditions for Exchange)
Aap niche di gayi sthitiyon mein product exchange kar sakte hain:
Agar aapko galat product (Wrong Item) mila hai.
Agar product deliver hote waqt damage tha.
Agar product ka size ya variant aapke order se alag hai.
Samy Simaye (Time Limit): Exchange ki request product delivery ke 7 dino ke andar karni hogi. 7 din beet jaane ke baad kisi bhi tarah ki exchange request par vichar nahi kiya jayega.
3. Refund ke liye Mandatary "Open Box Video"
Hum har order ki packing badi savdhani se karte hain. Halanki, agar aapko lagta hai ki product damage hai ya koi item missing hai, toh Refund ya Exchange ke liye "Open Box Video" hona anivarya (Mandatory) hai.
Video banane ke niyam:
Video parcel kholne se pehle shuru hona chahiye.
Video mein courier label aur tracking ID saaf dikhni chahiye.
Video bina kisi cut ya edit ke hona chahiye (Single continuous shot).
Video mein product ki damage ya kami saaf dikhni chahiye.
Dhyan dein: Bina valid open box video ke, hum kisi bhi claim (damage/missing/wrong item) ko process nahi kar payenge.
4. Refund Policy (Paisa Wapsi)
Hum cash refund tabhi dete hain jab humare paas aapke exchange ke liye replacement stock maujood na ho.
Refund tabhi initiate kiya jayega jab hume aapka bheja gaya video mil jayega aur hamari team use verify kar legi.
Approved refunds aapke original payment method ya bank account mein 5-7 working days ke andar credit kar diye jayenge.
5. Exchange Process (Kaise apply karein)
Agar aapka product exchange ke liye eligible hai, toh in steps ko follow karein:
Humari customer support team ko email ya WhatsApp par sampark karein.
Apna Order ID aur Open Box Video attach karein.
Humaari team 24-48 ghanton mein aapke claim ki janch karegi.
Approval milne ke baad, hum aapke purane product ko pickup karne ka ya naya product bhejne ka intazam karenge.
6. Kab Exchange nahi hoga?
Agar product ko istemal (Use) kar liya gaya hai.
Agar product ki original packaging, tags, ya labels kho gaye hain.
Agar exchange ki request delivery ke 7 din baad ki gayi hai.
Agar aapke paas unboxing video nahi hai.
7. Customer Support
Agar aapka koi sawal hai, toh kripya humein contact karein. Hum aapki samasya ko jald se jald suljhane ki koshish karenge.
